Open Heart Diamond Drop Pendant

Small round lab grown diamonds are pavé-set along the outline of this open heart, and one more diamond hangs from the top of the heart so it moves at the center. There are 24 diamonds, 0.25 ct in total, F–G color and VS1 clarity. The heart is about 19mm tall and 17mm wide, on an 18-inch chain with a lobster clasp. Made in 14K white or yellow gold.
