Milgrain Leaf Pavé Engagement Ring Setting

Small leaf shapes filled with pavé lab grown diamonds sit on each shoulder and rise toward the center stone. Each leaf is edged with milgrain, a fine beaded metal border that gives a vintage feel. From the side, you can see a round diamond in a bezel setting on each side of the head. There are 16 accent diamonds, 0.08 ct in total, F–G color and SI1 clarity, on a band 1.8mm wide. It is made for a round center stone.
