Pear Leaf Twist Engagement Ring Setting

Two slim strands of metal twist around each other along the band. Near the top, pear-shaped lab grown diamonds branch off like leaves, with a few small round diamonds between them, so the ring looks like a vine growing toward the center stone. There are 10 accent diamonds, 0.50 ct in total, G–H color and SI1 clarity, on a band 2mm wide. It takes all ten shapes: round, cushion, oval, princess, emerald, radiant, pear, asscher, marquise or heart.
