Split Bezel Solitaire Engagement Ring Setting

Instead of one solid rim, the bezel is split into separate segments that hold the center stone, with open gaps between them. The gaps let in more light than a full bezel, while the segments still guard the edge of the stone. The band is plain, 1.9mm wide, with a crisp, geometric edge and no side diamonds. It takes nine shapes: round, cushion, oval, princess, emerald, radiant, pear, asscher or heart.
