Twisted Band Solitaire Engagement Ring Setting

Two smooth, polished strands of metal twist around each other all the way around the band, like a rope. Claw prongs hold the center stone above the twist. There are no side diamonds, so the twisted band is the main detail. The band is 2.4mm wide. It takes nine shapes: round, cushion, oval, princess, emerald, radiant, pear, asscher or marquise.
