Twisted Pavé Three-Stone Engagement Ring Setting

A round lab grown diamond sits on each side of the center stone, making three stones in a row. The band twists as it rises to the stones, and both strands of the twist are pavé-set with small round diamonds. More small diamonds sit in the gallery under the center stone. There are 40 accent diamonds, 0.50 ct in total, F–G color and SI1 clarity, on a band 1.6mm wide. This setting is made for a round center stone.
