Question 1

When should I order Diwali jewelry so it arrives in time?

Accepted Answer

Diwali falls on November 8 in 2026, and Dhanteras, the traditional day for buying gold, is November 6. Every piece is made to order. Express shipping delivers fine jewelry within 2 to 3 weeks, so order by October 16 to have it for Dhanteras. Free shipping takes 3 to 4 weeks.

Question 2

Why do people buy gold for Diwali?

Accepted Answer

Buying gold on Dhanteras, the first day of the five-day festival, is one of Diwali's best-known customs. Gold is linked with Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, so a new piece is seen as welcoming good fortune into the home. A small piece counts as much as a large one.

Question 3

Do you make these pieces in 22K gold?

Accepted Answer

No. We make them in 14K and 18K gold and in platinum. Karat tells you how many parts in 24 are pure gold: 18K is 75% gold and 22K is about 92%. The higher the karat, the softer the metal, so 22K bends and scratches more easily and is less suited to holding small diamonds than 14K or 18K.

Every piece here comes in yellow gold, the color most people choose for Diwali.

Question 4

Can I return a Diwali gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and US returns ship free with a prepaid, insured label. Engraved, resized and custom pieces are final sale. Read the full return policy.
