Question 1

When should I order for New Year's Eve?

Accepted Answer

Order by December 3 with free shipping, or by December 10 with express. Every piece is made to order: free shipping delivers fine jewelry within 3 to 4 weeks, and express within 2 to 3 weeks. Orders placed later may not arrive before December 31.

Question 2

What is a tennis necklace?

Accepted Answer

A tennis necklace is a line of diamonds set close together all the way around the neck, with no chain showing between them. Each diamond sits in its own small setting, joined by hinged links so the necklace lies flat and moves. A graduated version uses larger stones at the front.

Question 3

How should a tennis bracelet fit?

Accepted Answer

Close enough that the diamonds stay on top of your wrist, with just enough room to slip one finger underneath. To find your length, measure your wrist just below the wrist bone and add about half an inch for a close fit, or up to an inch if you like a bracelet that moves.

Question 4

Drop earrings or studs for a party?

Accepted Answer

Drop earrings. They hang lower and move as you do, so they catch the light across a room, which suits an evening event. Studs are the easier choice for a long night if you'll be wearing a hat, scarf or headphones. Our drop earrings include short and long styles.
