Question 1

When should I order to have it before Christmas?

Accepted Answer

Order by November 27 with free shipping, or by December 4 with express shipping. Every piece is made to order: free shipping delivers fine jewelry within 3 to 4 weeks, and express within 2 to 3 weeks. Ordering before Thanksgiving leaves room for a size or style change.

Question 2

What diamond jewelry makes the best holiday gift?

Accepted Answer

Diamond stud earrings and tennis bracelets. US jewelers named them the most popular fashion pieces of the 2025 holiday season, and they suit almost anyone, since studs fit every outfit and a tennis bracelet sits with a watch or other bracelets. A solitaire pendant is the third safe choice.

Question 3

What size diamond studs should I give?

Accepted Answer

For a gift worn every day, a pair between 1/2 and 1 carat total weight is a sensible range. A pair sold as 1 carat holds about half a carat in each ear, roughly 5.2 mm across per stone, which is easy to notice but not too big for work. A 2 carat pair, about 6.5 mm per stone, is a clear statement.

Question 4

If I order early, can my gift still be returned after Christmas?

Accepted Answer

The 30-day return window starts on the day the piece is delivered, not on Christmas Day. A gift delivered on December 1 can be returned until December 31. If you order very early, keep the box and the grading report, and check the return date on your delivery email. Engraved and resized pieces are final sale.
